The Mechanical cookie machine shapes the dough to the desired weigh and shape. There are 2 options available namely wirecut mode and Dropping mode. In the wirecut mode the hard dough is sliced to the desired shape using a wire and thus giving it the rough top texture of a cookie.

In the Dropping mode the cookie is designed according to the nozzle attached. The wide range of nozzles and moulds allow the creation of numerous shapes and sizes. Mechanical Cookie machine IS operated manually and can meet out your demand with ease.
